About

A one-position, high-octane switcher. If the Nasdaq looks overheated, it bets on a volatility spike (UVIX). Otherwise it uses KMLM’s trend and NVDA’s “heat” to go 2x NVDA or short semis/tech (SOXS/TECS). Very aggressive and risky.
NutHow it works
- If the Nasdaq-100 (QQQ) looks “too hot” (10‑day RSI > 82), buy UVIX, a 2x bet on a jump in market fear/volatility. - Otherwise, check KMLM: if its price is below its 20‑day average, then: if NVDA’s 10‑day RSI < 85, buy NVDX (2x NVDA); else buy SOXS (3x inverse semiconductors). - If KMLM isn’t below its average, buy TECS (3x inverse tech). RSI is a 0–100 “heat” gauge; a moving average is the typical price over the last 20 days.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: 10.14% annualized return with a 0.56 Sharpe, designed to capture volatility spikes and tech-cycle shifts. Provides diversification and opportunistic upside in regime changes, complementing but not replacing a core S&P 500 allocation.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
