A daily, single-ETF rotation that uses a 7‑day “hot/cold” score of the S&P 500 to flip between safety (VTIP), broad stocks (VOO), tech (VGT), leveraged tech (TECL), or a volatility spike bet (UVXY), aiming to be contrarian at extremes.

Each day it checks a 0–100 “hot/cold” score (RSI) of the S&P 500 over the last 7 days. Very hot (>77): buy UVXY (a bet on a near‑term volatility spike/market dip). Warm (56–77): move to VTIP (safer bonds). Neutral (46–55): own VOO (S&P 500). Cool (28–45): tilt to tech via VGT. Very cold (≤27): if tech is also very cold, swing to TECL (3× tech); otherwise stay in VTIP.
