It’s a set of mini-systems that watch big indexes (S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, small caps) and semiconductors. A “hot/cold” meter (RSI) flags when prices look overheated (sell/hedge) or washed-out (buy). On dips it buys 3x bull ETFs; when overheated it uses inverse or volatility funds; when stress rises it parks in T‑bills/bonds. Macro checks (bonds, VIX, dollar) and a small crypto sleeve refine risk-on vs risk-off.
