About

A daily, rule-based, multi-asset strategy that blends leveraged tech bets with hedges and safe-bond positions, guided by momentum, trend, volatility, and risk signals across blocks (Tech, Bond, Commodity, etc.).
NutHow it works
Every day the system scans a large universe of ETFs across tech, bonds, volatility, and commodities. It calculates signals (momentum, trend vs. moving averages, volatility, and RSI) for each group, then selects the top or bottom assets in each group. Money is allocated to those assets according to predefined weights, with cash or safer assets (like BIL or short-term bonds) used when risk signals are high. Leveraged tech bets (like TQQQ, TECL, SOXL) are used when momentum is strong, while hedges (UVXY, VIXY) and safe-cash/bonds are favored when volatility spikes. The blocks and rules nest, so the final allocation is a blended mix of many sub-strategies (Tech Block, Bond Block, Commodity Block, etc.) that rebalance daily to adapt to evolving market conditions.
CheckmarkValue prop
An intelligent, diversified satellite to the S&P 500. Out-of-sample beta ~0.30 and a hedge/cash ballast blend momentum signals with risk controls. It offers diversification and potentially steadier performance in volatility, even if upside may lag in strong bull markets.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
