IFF Fund: Squeeze the TQQQ out

About

Two‑part, rules‑based plan aiming to ride big Nasdaq uptrends with TQQQ, buy sharp dips selectively, and hide in T‑bills, gold, or bonds—or even hedge/short—when trends weaken. Rebalanced daily. Very high risk due to 3x and tech focus.
NutHow it works
Daily, it tries to own TQQQ (a 3x version of QQQ, the Nasdaq‑100) only when the trend is up (price above a long average) and momentum is healthy. If not, it parks in T‑bills (BIL), gold (GLD), or bonds (TLT/BSV), picking the strongest. A “buy‑the‑dip” rule can grab TQQQ after a quick fall. A second sleeve buys rare deep dips in 3x tech/semis/S&P and can hedge or go inverse (PSQ/SQQQ) in bears. RSI = 0–100 “heat” score.
CheckmarkValue prop
Capture Nasdaq upside with a disciplined, hedged rules-based plan. Out-of-sample return ~41%/yr vs ~22% for the S&P; Calmar ~1.31. Strong risk-adjusted gains, despite higher drawdowns (~31% vs ~19%).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
