About

Aggressive, rules-based, tech/semis-focused rotation. It flips among 3x long, 3x short, cash, and sometimes a volatility spike bet (UVXY) using simple reads of how far prices just ran and how bumpy they’ve been; sleeves are equally weighted.
NutHow it works
It runs 3 equal sleeves: Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ), Semis (SOXX), and Tech (IYW). Each sleeve picks 3x bull (TQQQ/SOXL/TECL), 3x bear (SQQQ/SOXS/TECS), or cash (BIL) based on recent price surges (1–125 days) and choppiness (std‑dev). If the market looks overheated by RSI (a quick “too far, too fast” gauge on SPY/QQQ/VTV/VOX/XLP/XLF), the Nasdaq sleeve instead buys UVXY (a fund that jumps when volatility spikes). Big up + high choppiness → short; calmer uptrends → 3x long; else → cash. No fixed rebalance.
CheckmarkValue prop
An aggressive, rules-based tech/semis rotation using 3x sleeves plus volatility hedges. It shows outsized out-of-sample results: 45.4% annualized return vs 23.7% for the S&P, with active risk controls to target higher upside across regimes.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
