This strategy is a daily market “traffic cop.” It checks whether stocks, tech, semiconductors, bonds, commodities, and fear gauges look strong, weak, overheated, or panicky. Then it rotates into whatever seems safest or strongest—often turbocharged tech funds in good times, and bonds, gold, dollar funds, or bearish funds in bad times. It also compares several mini-strategies and gives more weight to the ones that have recently held up best.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
