A daily, rules‑driven rotation that goes big into leveraged tech/S&P when conditions look healthy, parks in T‑Bills when they don’t, and occasionally hedges. Uses volatility and simple “overbought/oversold” (RSI) checks to turn risk on or off.

Each day it checks the market’s mood. It compares short‑ vs long‑term choppiness and simple “heat”/“cool” scores (RSI: how fast prices have been rising or falling). If calm/healthy, it buys aggressive funds tied to the Nasdaq or S&P (TQQQ, UPRO, TECL/SOXL), sized by recent choppiness. If jumpy/weak or too hot, it hides in T‑Bills (BIL) or briefly uses hedges (SOXS/TECS). Sometimes it pairs stocks with long Treasury bonds (TMF) for balance.
