About

A daily, rules‑based, tech‑tilted strategy that rotates into 3x Nasdaq/S&P when trend and volatility look healthy, hides in T‑Bills when risk rises, buys select dips, and sometimes hedges overheated tech with inverse semiconductors.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks simple “gauges”: heat (RSI = how strong/overheated a move is), bounciness (standard deviation = how jumpy prices are), and recent worst slide (max drawdown). If the market looks calm and trending, it owns high‑octane stock ETFs TQQQ (3x Nasdaq) and UPRO (3x S&P), sometimes paired with TMF (3x long Treasuries). If risk rises, it sits in BIL (T‑Bills). It buys some dips after sharp 5‑day drops and, when tech looks too hot, may add a brief hedge (SOXS, inverse semis).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this tech-tilted strategy delivers higher risk-adjusted returns with lower drawdown: Sharpe ~1.52 vs ~1.0, 66% vs 19% annualized, ~15.5% vs 16.6% max drawdown, Calmar ~4.25. Upside with S&P-like risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
