A daily, tactical “risk-on/risk-off” system. It rides strength in leveraged tech/semis when markets are healthy, buys dips after selloffs, and shifts to Treasuries, USD, commodities, or bear ETFs when stress rises. Uses simple trend and hot/cold (RSI) checks.

It checks “market health” each day using simple gauges: trend, a hot/cold meter (RSI), and volatility. If stocks look healthy, it leans into fast movers (mainly tech/semis via TQQQ/TECL/SOXL/UPRO). If things look shaky or overheated, it steps down, hedges, or flips to Treasuries, USD, commodities, or bear funds (SQQQ/TECS/SOXS).
