A daily, rule‑based risk‑on/risk‑off portfolio: lever up U.S. stocks (mainly Nasdaq/S&P 500) when trends are calm; rotate to cash‑like ETFs, gold, the dollar, staples, or hedges when fear rises. Adds oil/gas, commodities, and bond‑trend sleeves.

Each day it asks: Is the market calm and trending up? If yes, it rides 3x stock funds (TQQQ=Nasdaq, UPRO=S&P 500), sometimes paired with 3x long Treasuries (TMF). If fear or a downtrend shows, it shifts to “safety” (UUP=dollar, GLD=gold, XLP=staples, SHY/SHV=T‑bills) or hedges (UVXY/SQQQ). Side sleeves trade oil/gas/commodities and bond trends. It also buys big 5‑day stock dips.
