Daily, it checks market calm vs stress. Calm/uptrend: hold 3x stocks + 3x long Treasuries (UPRO/TQQQ + TMF). Dips (~5% weekly fall): buy TQQQ/UPRO unless a big 1‑day rebound, else use safety (U.S. dollar UUP, gold GLD, staples XLP). Stress/vol spikes: move to cash‑like Treasuries (SHY/SHV), gold, dollar, or hedges (SQQQ/TMV/DBMF). Small sleeves trade oil/nat‑gas/biotech/tech. Rebalanced daily.
