About
A daily, rules-based portfolio that blends leveraged stock bets with hedges and safe assets, switching roles by market momentum, risk, and drawdown to try to grow in uptrends while limiting losses in downturns.
A daily, rules-based system that toggles between leveraged stock bets (e.g., UPRO/TQQQ) when momentum and risk are favorable, and hedges (UUP, GLD, XLP, and Treasuries) when risk grows. It uses multiple signals (momentum, volatility, drawdown) across several timeframes (14–42 days, etc.), includes buy-the-dip checks for Nasdaq 100 and S&P 500, and combines safety assets to dampen losses. The logic is nested: many if-then conditions decide which group to hold, and the groups rotate assets to balance growth and risk.
Strives for more upside than the S&P with a rules-based mix of levered equity bets and hedges. OOS results: about 27.5% annualized return vs 17.9% for the S&P, plus disciplined risk controls to manage drawdowns.
