It mostly owns aggressive stock funds when markets look healthy, buys "panic" funds when markets look overheated, and buys beaten-down stock funds after sharp drops. It also shifts between growth, sectors, Treasury bonds, the U.S. dollar, and cash-like T-bills based on whether the market looks strong, weak, calm, or stressed.
