Daily, it rotates between top bitcoin miners and leveraged tech (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL) using short-term momentum and trend. When weak, it shifts to cash/Treasuries or may use 3x short Nasdaq (SQQQ). Uses RSI to avoid overbought and buy oversold dips.

Goal: own hot miners or tech; move to cash/short when weak. - If bitcoin‑miner ETF WGMI is up >5% over 10 days, buy the 2 strongest miners (e.g., MARA, RIOT). - Else follow Nasdaq: if TQQQ > 50‑day average, hold TQQQ unless RSI>79 (then cash: PMMF). If below, buy oversold bounces (TECL or SOXL when RSI<30). If still weak and <20‑day avg, choose SQQQ/cash/Treasuries (SCHO); else TQQQ. Rebalance daily. Moving avg=recent avg price; RSI 0–100 gauge: >70 hot, <30 cold.
