This strategy checks one area first: bitcoin-mining stocks. If that group looks healthy, it buys the 3 miner stocks with the strongest recent price trends. If miners look weak, it switches to tech. It may buy a high-powered tech fund, buy a rebound trade after a selloff, move to cash-like funds or short-term Treasuries, or even bet against the Nasdaq if tech is falling.
