Each day it asks: is the market trending up, overheated, or weak? It uses two simple yardsticks: a long-term trend line (the 200‑day average) and a short-term speedometer (RSI) of recent moves. • Trend up: ride big tech/semis with 3x funds (TQQQ/TECL/SOXL). • Too hot: switch to volatility hedges (UVIX/VIXM) or cash/gold. • Weak: hedge/short or park in bonds/dollar/managed futures (KMLM/FTLS). Many small rules reduce blowups.
