A fast-moving, aggressive strategy that usually bets on big tech, but switches to bearish tech, chip stocks, or Treasury bonds when the market looks overheated, weak, or primed for a rebound.

This strategy makes a high-risk bet on big tech most of the time using FNGU, a fund that magnifies moves in major tech names. It first asks: is tech in a healthy long-term uptrend? If yes, it usually buys FNGU, unless tech has surged too far too fast—then it flips mostly into SQQQ, a fund that rises when the Nasdaq falls. If tech is not in a long-term uptrend, it looks for sharp selloffs that might bounce. It may buy FNGU, buy semiconductor fund USD, or switch to either a bearish tech fund (FNGD) or long-term Treasury bonds (TMF), depending on which is acting stronger.
