This strategy checks the market every day using a simple “temperature gauge” of recent price moves called RSI. If stocks or key sectors look too hot, it steps aside into Treasury bills or a volatility hedge. If markets look healthy, it leans into Nasdaq/tech, sometimes with extra boost through TQQQ. If conditions turn weak, it can hide in cash-like BIL or even bet against Nasdaq with PSQ.
