A simple global stock strategy: fixed weights by region, then own the recent top-performing ETFs in each region (sometimes 3x versions). Equal-weight the winners. Aims for 8–10%/yr with <20% drawdowns over time, but results are not guaranteed.

Split your money across regions: 40% U.S., 32.5% Europe, 27.5% rest of world. In each region, it regularly looks back ~1 month and buys the few broad stock funds that rose the most (e.g., S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, Germany, Japan). It splits that region’s money equally among those winners. It avoids extra trades unless weights drift ~3.5%. Some picks use 3x leverage, so swings can be larger.
