This strategy splits money across the U.S., Europe, and other overseas markets. In each region, it looks at which funds did best over the last month and buys only those recent winners. It gives the U.S. the biggest share, Europe the next biggest, and the rest of the world the smallest. It aims to ride market trends, but some of its U.S. funds are extra-aggressive, so losses can still be large.
