A very aggressive daily trading strategy that mostly waits in T-bills, but jumps into leveraged bets on tech, semiconductors, biotech, volatility, or bonds when markets look unusually overbought or oversold.

This strategy checks each day for markets that look unusually “too hot” or “too beaten up.” If big stock indexes look overheated, it usually moves to either a volatility fund (UVXY) or a cash-like T-bill fund (BIL). If tech, semiconductors, biotech, or long-term bonds look sharply beaten down, it buys aggressive funds that bet on a bounce. In a few cases, if tech or semis look too overheated, it buys funds that profit if they fall.
