This strategy checks each day for markets that look unusually “stretched.” If big stock indexes look too hot, it moves to a fear/volatility trade (UVXY) or short-term Treasury bills (BIL). If tech, semiconductors, biotech, or long-term bonds look unusually beaten up, it buys aggressive funds that bet on a rebound. If tech or semiconductors look too hot, it can bet against them with inverse funds.
