This strategy first asks two big questions: Are US stocks in a bull market or a bear market? And are long-term government bonds weak, which it treats as a sign of higher inflation? From there, it makes aggressive short-term bets: mostly on big tech stocks (through leveraged Nasdaq funds), against big tech when conditions look bad, or in short-term/long-term Treasury funds when it wants defense.
