Each day it asks: is QQQ (the Nasdaq‑100 ETF) above its 50‑day average price? If yes, it splits money equally across 15 fast‑moving stocks (mostly semiconductors, energy, and industrials) that show the highest 14‑day RSI, a 0–100 “heat meter” of recent gains. If no, it goes defensive: 100% into one bond/defensive‑sector ETF from a shortlist, choosing the one with the lowest 10‑day RSI (recently sold off). Then it repeats daily.
