This strategy splits money across 4 mini-strategies. Most of the time, they try to own fast-moving U.S. tech funds when the market looks healthy or oversold after a drop. If markets look dangerous, they shift into short-term Treasury funds, defensive assets, gold/commodities, the U.S. dollar, or funds that rise when tech falls. It makes these calls using simple market “temperature checks” like trend, recent gains/losses, and how jumpy prices have been.
