Daily, tactical mix that leans into big tech/growth when trends are healthy, and quickly hides in T‑bills, long Treasuries, or gold when markets look stretched or weak. One sleeve can use leveraged or inverse ETFs to boost or hedge.

It blends three sleeves: 1) Safety-first: if markets look too hot it parks in T‑bills (BIL), long Treasuries (TLT), and gold (GLD); otherwise it runs a bull/mild bull/mild bear/bear playbook. 2) Tech/Gold swing: rides tech or gold unless many sectors are overheated, then parks in T‑bills. 3) Growth/Bonds tilt: switches between growth and long Treasuries using trend and an overbought/oversold speedometer (RSI). Rebalanced daily.
