A Nasdaq-heavy strategy that usually holds the 3 strongest large stocks, keeps 40% in U.S. Treasury bonds, and shifts toward cash or a small rebound trade when the market looks extreme.

The portfolio keeps 60% in a stock-trading bucket and 40% in U.S. government bonds. For stocks, it first checks if the overall market looks too hot or too cold using SPY (a fund tracking the S&P 500). If the market looks overheated, it moves that stock bucket into very short-term Treasury bills (BIL), which is basically parking in cash-like safety. If the market looks extremely beaten down, it makes a small rebound bet using 2 of 3 very aggressive leveraged stock funds that have been doing best lately. Otherwise, it picks the 3 strongest stocks from a list that is mostly big tech names like Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Amazon, Google, and Tesla, plus a few defense and consumer names. The other 40% always goes into one U.S. Treasury bond fund, choosing from short-, medium-, and long-term bonds.
