If not, it checks whether tech stocks or the broad U.S. market look beaten down and buys a leveraged rebound fund there instead. If markets look too overheated, it switches to a fund that can rise when fear spikes. Otherwise, it follows Nasdaq’s trend: strong trend = more leverage, weak trend = less risk, broken trend = cash-like T-bills.
