This strategy checks whether the U.S. stock market looks healthy or shaky, mainly using SPY (a fund that tracks the S&P 500). If conditions look good, it often buys aggressive 3x stock funds like UPRO, SPXL, TQQQ, TECL, SOXL, or FAS. If conditions look bad, it may switch into Treasury-bond funds, cash-like T-bills, a stronger-U.S.-dollar fund, or even funds that rise when stocks fall, bonds fall, or market fear jumps. In short: it tries to press hard when trends look favorable and quickly defend when they do not.
