This strategy keeps most of its money in safer holdings: medium-term U.S. government bonds (IEI) and consumer-staples stocks (XLP). With a smaller 25% slice, it actively trades mostly tech-related funds. When the market trend looks healthy, it leans into aggressive Nasdaq/technology funds like TQQQ or TECL. When markets look overheated, it may buy volatility hedges like UVXY/VIXY or Treasury exposure. When markets weaken, it may buy sharp dips, reduce risk, or even bet against the Nasdaq using PSQ or SQQQ.
