Daily bond “traffic light” guides a leveraged mix: strong bonds → equal 3× tech/semis + 3× long Treasuries + hedge; weak bonds → 3× short Treasuries + 3× Dow; neutral → 75% in the recent 1‑month winner (from 6 funds), rest cash.

Each day it checks TLT (a fund of long‑term US Treasuries). If TLT’s price is above its 150‑day average, split equally into 3× tech (TECL), 3× Nasdaq‑100 (TQQQ), 3× semis (SOXL), 3× long Treasuries (TMF), and a hedged S&P fund (PHDG). If TLT is below its 23‑day average, split into 3× short Treasuries (TMV) and 3× Dow stocks (UDOW). Otherwise, put 75% in the best 1‑month performer of TMF/UPRO/TMV/MOAT/BRK.B/USMV; 25% stays in cash. Rebalanced daily.
