About

Daily trend-and-momentum strategy. When both bonds and stocks rise, it goes aggressive (chips, leveraged bonds, hedged stocks). If stocks lag or bonds fall, it shifts to Treasuries, cash, or the recent 30‑day/5‑day winner. Uses 3x ETFs; high risk.
NutHow it works
First check the long‑term US Treasury fund (TLT): is its price above its 150‑day average? If yes and the S&P 500 (SPY) is also above its 200‑day average, split equally into SOXL (3x chipmakers), TMF (3x long Treasuries), and PHDG (stocks with hedges). If bonds are up but stocks aren’t, hold TLT. If bonds aren’t up: when TLT is weak short‑term, hold the 2 best of TMV (3x short Treasuries), UDOW (3x stocks), or BIL (T‑bills). Otherwise, put 75% in the 30‑day winner among TMF, UPRO, TMV, MOAT, BRK.B, USMV.
CheckmarkValue prop
Regime-driven, diversified sleeve designed to complement SPY. With ~0.63 beta to the S&P, it uses 3x ETFs (semis, long/short Treasuries) and hedges to capture upturns across bond+stock regimes with smarter risk management than a pure S&P bet.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
