A fast-moving strategy that switches between aggressive tech stocks, long-term Treasury bonds, and defensive assets based on stock and bond market trends.
NutHow it works
This strategy checks two big signals every day: whether long-term U.S. government bonds look strong, and whether the U.S. stock market looks healthy. If both look strong, it buys a mix of aggressive tech-stock funds, long-term bond funds, and one fund designed to soften market drops. If bonds look strong but stocks look weak, it moves fully into long-term Treasury bonds. If bonds look weak, it shifts into whichever has been strongest lately among inverse-bond funds, stock funds, and very safe cash-like T-bills.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
