A daily-rule system that splits cash across a broad ETF universe based on momentum signals (rise/fall trend strength and price vs moving averages). When signals look strong, it buys leveraged/tech/bio exposures; when risk rises, it buys hedges (volatility and bonds) and may even short broad-market proxies. Signals repeat every day, with decisions nested in thematic blocks (Hedging, Bear Market, SVXY FTLT, etc.).
