It’s a rules-based “offense/defense” plan. - Trend check: if the S&P 500 (SPY) is above its 200‑day average, it plays offense (tech‑tilted indexes; sometimes 3x funds like TQQQ/UPRO/TECL). If not, it plays defense. - Heat meter: RSI (0–100). High (≈>80) = overheated → add hedges (VIXY/UVXY), Treasuries (TLT/TMF), or BTAL. Low (≈<30) = washed‑out → buy dips (TECL/TQQQ/UPRO) or short briefly (PSQ/SQQQ/SH). - Calm uptrends may hold SVXY (benefits when volatility falls). - If fear (VIX) jumps or trend breaks, rotate to Treasuries, gold/silver/commodities (GLD/SLV/DBC) and cash‑like T‑Bills (BIL/SHV).
