This strategy constantly checks whether the stock market looks strong, weak, overheated, or fearful. If markets look healthy, it may buy aggressive stock funds, especially tech-heavy ones. If markets look too hot or panic starts rising, it shifts into hedges like volatility funds, Treasury bonds, gold, defensive funds, or very short-term bond funds that act like cash. In short: chase strong trends, but quickly hide or hedge when danger signals appear.
