A rules-based, multi-asset strategy that rides stock and commodity uptrends (often with leverage) when markets are calm, and quickly moves to Treasuries, bonds, or hedges when volatility and risk rise.

Each day it checks three dials: Trend (are stocks above a long-term average?), Heat (have prices run too hot or too cold lately?), and Fear (is market volatility spiking?). If calm and trending up, it owns U.S. stocks (SPY/QQQ; sometimes 1.5–3× versions) and strong themes like tech, energy, and commodities. If fear rises or trends break, it shifts to cash‑like Treasuries, long bonds, or hedges (inverse stock or volatility funds).
