In practice, this strategy is a healthcare/biotech momentum picker. It looks at a list of healthcare and biotech stocks, measures which ones have been rising the fastest recently using RSI (a momentum score), then buys the top 10 and rebalances every day. Important: the “switch” that was supposed to decide whether to use a defensive fallback appears to always be on, so the defensive side likely never gets used.
