A fast, tactical strategy: in healthy trends it buys the strongest 3x equity/sector/crypto funds; when conditions weaken or get overheated, it flips to Treasuries, inverse funds, or volatility hedges. KMLM acts as a macro trend check; sizing uses inverse volatility.

Each day it checks market “temperature”: 1) Trend (is SPY above its 200‑day average?). 2) Momentum/overbought‑oversold (a speedometer called RSI). 3) Volatility. If risk‑on, it rotates into the strongest 3x tech/biotech/crypto ETFs. If risk‑off or overheated, it shifts to long Treasuries (TMF), inverse funds (SQQQ/LABD/FAZ), or a volatility hedge (UVXY paired with T‑Bills/BTAL). Positions are sized by recent volatility.
