About

Rules-based, daily mix of growth, bonds, and hedges: ~40% chases Nasdaq uptrends/dips (via QQQ/QLD/TQQQ), ~35% rotates Treasuries (incl. 3x long/short), ~25% holds gold, dollar, commodities, cash, and volatility hedges when markets get jumpy.
NutHow it works
Split into three sleeves: Growth (~40%), Yield (~35%), Preservation (~25%). Growth rides the Nasdaq (QQQ; leveraged QLD/TQQQ) in uptrends or after sharp dips, but shifts to safety when swings jump: gold (GLD), US dollar (UUP), consumer staples (XLP), or short‑term Treasuries (SHV). Yield rotates across Treasuries (TLT; sometimes 3x long TMF or 3x short TMV) and cash using trend/volatility. Preservation trend‑follows gold/commodities/dollar/cash and hedges panics with UVXY. RSI is a 0–100 “heat meter”: <~30 = washed‑out, >~70 = hot.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample results show stronger risk-adjusted returns and far smaller drawdowns vs the S&P 500: Sharpe 1.64 vs 1.35; drawdown ~9% vs ~19%; ~21.7% annualized. A diversified, rules-based growth/yield/hedge mix.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
