This strategy checks the market every day and asks: Is the U.S. stock market in a long-term uptrend or downtrend? Is tech too hot, too weak, or panicking? Are bonds acting healthy or stressed? When conditions look good, it often buys aggressive 3x stock funds tied to the S&P 500, Nasdaq, tech, and semiconductors, usually mixed with long-term Treasury bond funds. When conditions look dangerous, it can move into Treasury-bill cash, short-term bonds, the U.S. dollar, volatility funds, or funds that profit when stocks or long bonds fall.

Out-of-sample, this strategy targets higher upside than the S&P 500: 31.1% annualized vs 22.8% for SPY. It uses regime-based hedging and selective leverage to grow while managing risk, though drawdowns may be larger (38% vs 19%).
