It blends several rule-sets that watch stocks, bonds, and volatility. If the S&P 500 is in a long uptrend, it leans aggressive; if not, it plays defense and can short. It pairs stock funds (UPRO/TQQQ/TECL/SOXL) with bond funds (TMF or TMV) based on Treasury trends. It buys volatility (UVXY) when markets get too hot, and parks in cash (BIL/SHY) when risk jumps. RSI is a 0–100 speedometer of recent moves; moving averages spot trends.
