This is an aggressive “switch hitter” portfolio. About 60% focuses on stocks and 40% on bonds/defensive trades. Each day it checks whether markets look strong, weak, overheated, or washed out. In calm uptrends it leans into leveraged U.S. stock funds, especially tech. In stress it may move to cash-like funds, bet against stocks, buy volatility, or switch to bond trades.
