A daily rules-based momentum strategy that rides tech/semiconductor strength with leveraged ETFs in uptrends, and quickly de‑risks—shifting to cash‑like funds, inverse ETFs, bonds or volatility—when markets look overbought, choppy, or crashing.

Each day it checks market trend (price vs recent average), “heat” (RSI: a quick gauge of how stretched buying/selling is—high = hot, low = washed‑out), and short‑term results. If trend is up, it buys the strongest high‑octane ETFs (mainly tech/semis: TQQQ, TECL, SOXL; also SPXL). If trend weakens or crashes, it cuts risk—moves to cash‑like T‑bill ETFs (BIL), flips to inverse funds (SQQQ, SOXS) or buys volatility (UVXY). Bond/rate signals choose TMF (falling rates) or TMV (rising rates).
