This strategy is a daily-updated traffic system for markets. When stocks—especially tech—look healthy, it buys very aggressive funds tied to the Nasdaq, semiconductors, tech, emerging markets, biotech, financials, or gold miners. When markets look overheated, weak, or panicky, it shifts into “defense” using cash-like Treasury funds, long-term bonds, gold, bearish funds, or volatility funds that can rise when stocks fall.
