About

Aggressive, rules‑driven swing approach. In uptrends it loads into leveraged tech/semis; in stress it flips to inverse hedges, cash‑like T‑bills, USD, or commodities. Uses RSI and momentum to buy dips or fade overheated moves. Very high risk due to 3×/vol ETFs.
NutHow it works
1) Judge the market trend using long moving averages on the S&P 500 (a moving average is just a smoothed price). 2) If trend is weak, rotate into hedges (inverse S&P/tech, strong USD, T‑bills) or buy the most “washed‑out” tech (RSI <30). 3) If trend is strong, lean into 3× tech/semis (e.g., TQQQ/TECL/SOXL) with some bonds; if tech looks overheated (RSI >~77 or a big 1‑day pop), briefly buy volatility (UVXY). 4) Extra defense favors commodities or the most oversold global ETFs.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~29% annualized vs ~23% S&P. Regime-driven tilt to leveraged tech in up markets with hedges in downturns—higher upside, but larger drawdowns; risk discipline advised.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
