It first checks whether transportation stocks (IYT) are keeping up with the overall U.S. stock market (SPY). If not, it moves to very short-term Treasury bills (BIL), a cash-like safe place. If yes, it looks for signs the market is healthy, overheated, or crashing. In healthy periods it often buys aggressive funds tied to tech, semiconductors, the S&P 500, financials, or energy. If markets look too hot or dangerous, it shifts into crash hedges like UVXY, bearish Nasdaq funds, bonds, or cash-like holdings.
