Signals are blended through two volatility gates. Calm: pick the most “washed‑out” by RSI (a 0–100 meter of recent losses vs gains; low=oversold) among UPRO (3x S&P 500), TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100), or SHY (1–3yr Treasuries). Choppy/bear (SPY >10% off highs): buy sharp 5‑day dips in QQQ/SPY unless a 1‑day >5% snapback; else hold UUP (US$), GLD (gold), XLP (consumer staples). Healthy bull: 55% UPRO/TQQQ (risk‑balanced) + 45% TMF (3x long Treasuries).
