About

Daily, regime‑based strategy that hedges with UVXY/BTAL when markets look overheated, buys TQQQ/UPRO on deep dips, and otherwise rotates among tech leaders or diversifiers (KMLM, FTLS, UUP, commodities). In downtrends it mostly shorts Nasdaq (SQQQ).
NutHow it works
First it checks if the S&P 500 (SPY) is above its 200‑day trend (bull) or below (bear). In bull: if short‑term “hotness” (RSI, a 0–100 hot/cold meter) is extreme, it buys a crash cushion (UVXY) plus BTAL. If very “cold,” it buys 3× QQQ/S&P (TQQQ/UPRO). Otherwise it rotates: tech/semis (TECL/SOXL) when growth leads, or diversifiers like KMLM (managed‑futures), FTLS (long/short), UUP (US$), commodities/gold/cash. In bear it mostly shorts Nasdaq (SQQQ).
CheckmarkValue prop
Ultra-growth potential with risk discipline: OOS annualized return ~78% vs SPY ~27%, Calmar ~4.46, and positive OOS alpha. Strong risk-adjusted upside despite higher drawdowns (~17%), suited for longer horizons and higher risk tolerance.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
